Refund policy

At Pixel Rush, all sales of digital art and collectibles are final.

• Digital Goods: Because our products consist of instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is completed and the download link has been sent.

• Sweepstakes Entries: Purchases grant immediate digital file access and automatic entry into our promotional sweepstakes. Therefore, orders cannot be refunded or revoked after placement.

• Exceptions: If you experience technical issues with your download file or did not receive your link, please contact our support team immediately, and we will ensure you get your files.
