GENERAL TERMS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Section 1: Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified in specific promotional terms, all sweepstakes and promotional drops hosted by Pixel Rush are open exclusively to legal residents of the United States and Ecuador who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Employees, independent contractors, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons residing in the same household with personnel of Pixel Rush or its affiliated entities are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal.

Section 3: Promotion Period and Specific Drops

Each individual sweepstakes or launch ("Drop") has specific start and end dates and times, which are published on the official Shopify store product page and on official social media channels. All entries must be received before the published closing time of each respective Drop. The Sponsor’s computer system clock serves as the official timekeeping device.

Section 4: How to Enter

There are two (2) valid methods of entry. Both methods provide the exact same odds of winning per registered entry:

Method 1 (Digital Art Purchase): Visit the official Shopify store during an active Drop and purchase the designated promotional digital art product for $5.00 USD. Each completed purchase automatically grants one (1) entry into the corresponding active Drop. Your Shopify Order Number serves as the official registration code and entry ticket.

Method 2 (Alternative Method of Entry — Mail-In AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, handwrite on a 3x5 inch card or paper your full legal name, valid residential mailing address, email address, and phone number. Place the card inside an envelope with prepaid postage and mail it to:

Each mail-in entry must be sent in an individual envelope with its own postage stamp (limit of one entry per outer envelope).

Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar day (determined by postmark date).

Envelopes must be postmarked prior to the closing of the corresponding Drop and received before the scheduled drawing date.

Entries mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or generated in mass via automated methods are strictly disqualified.

Section 5: Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend exclusively on the total number of eligible entries received (combining both online purchases and free mail-in AMOE entries) during the active Drop period.

Section 6: Prizes and Delivery

The number and amounts of prizes vary by Drop and are specified in the official publication.

U.S. Residents: Cash prizes will be transferred electronically via Zelle or Cash App to an account registered in the verified winner's name.

Ecuador Residents: Cash prizes will be transferred in U.S. Dollars (USD) via PayPal or authorized digital remittance.

Taxes and Platform Fees: Any wire transfer fees, intermediary deductions, platform processing charges, or local, state, or federal tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Section 7: Winner Selection, Verification, and Notification

Winners will be selected via a verifiable random drawing from all valid registered entries.

Winners will be notified via the email address registered at checkout or provided on the mailed card within 24 to 48 hours following the drawing.

To claim the prize, the selected individual must respond within a strict deadline of forty-eight (48) hours from the first contact attempt and present an official identification document to verify eligibility.

If the selected winner fails to respond within 48 hours, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random.

Section 8: Disqualification and Integrity

Pixel Rush reserves the right to disqualify any participant, void entries, or invalidate associated order numbers if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the user has:

Tampered with or compromised the registration system, purchase process, or website functionality.

• Utilized bots, scripts, automated generators, fraudulent payment methods, or false identities.

• Violated these Official Rules or engaged in abusive, defamatory, or disruptive behavior toward the organization or other participants.

Section 9: Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Pixel Rush, its owners, collaborators, and technology providers from any claim, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in any Drop, as well as from the acceptance, possession, or use of the awarded prize.

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, or postage-due mail, nor for technical interruptions, server failures, network disconnections, or telecommunications errors that prevent or delay entry submission.

Section 10: Official Winners List and Inquiries

To request the official winners list for a completed Drop, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following the drawing date to:
